If you do not wish to proceed with your order on confirmation of final price, specification and estimated delivery date, we will refund your deposit in full.
Finalising your Gocycle Order:
On release of the G5 we will confirm colour choice, specification and final price together with the estimated date of delivery for your confirmation to proceed with your order. On confirmation that you wish to proceed the balance of the total price of the G5 will be payable minus your £100 deposit.
Please note that you will have 3 working days to confirm your final order and failing to do so will result in your order being cancelled and deposit refunded, without further notice. Your slot will be then allocated to the next customer on the waiting list, so once cancelled your order cannot be reinstated.

Is the £100 deposit is fully refundable if I decide not to proceed after receiving the final G5 price, specification and estimated delivery date.

Can I decline the order if I am not satisfied with any of the final price, specification or estimated delivery date, with no cancellation charge or other liability.
