Delivery and Collection



At e-Bike Barn we understand how important it is that you receive your new e-Bike in pristine condition, this is why all our e-Bikes are personally delivered by one of our technicians. This provides a valuable opportunity to answer any questions  you may have and also carry out any last minute adjustments for you.

Can I collect my bike?

Customers who prefer to collect their bike are very welcome to do so, we will ensure your bike is charged and ready to go. If transporting your new bike by car we highly recomend using a suitable bike rack that is rated to carry e-bikes or if loading into your vehicle, ensure your cargo area is large enough. If you are in doubt please contact us and we can advise.

Local deliveries

Customers who live locally to our showroom are eligable for free personal e-bike delivery, this will be arranged with you once your bike has passed its Pre-Delivery-Inspection and you have had your free e-bike fitting, please see our delivery map below for detail.

UK Mainland Delivery

e-Bike Barns delivery area covers the whole of the UK, deliveries outside of our lacality are quoted on an individual basis to ensure the best possible value for our customer. Where possible we will integrate multiple deliveries to reduce your delivery costs and of course increase efficiency. 

UK Highlands and Islands

Deliveries into hard to reach areas can be a challenge, e-Bike Barn are happy to work with our customers in such cases, this could mean services like e-Bike fitting is carried out at the time of your delivery saving you a journey to see us. Overseas Sales

Due to strict shipping restrictions we are unable to ship e-bikes outside of the UK. This only applies to complete e-Bikes and their Batteries and any liquid products. All other products and accessories can be shipped internationally.
