How it works
Buy in confidence. We will price match and even beat any identical branded item we sell against any retailer registered in the UK offered on identical terms and where we can check the price, stock position and where relevant your eligibility to purchase from the competitor.
The process
When shopping onine if you see the same product offered at a lower price on another website simply click the "Found at a lower price" link below the product price and complete the form. We will then contact you with our offer.
Terms & Conditions
• We'll match against any other UK retailer store or website price including offer-code discounts. We do not match trade prices, prices only available as part of paid for membership/subscription or 3rd party marketplace seller prices.
• We do not match exclusive discounts e.g. staff/ student/ NHS staff blue light.
• Our competitor's product must be the same model number as ours.
• Both us and the competitor must have the product in stock and ready for delivery.
• Where a product is not available online and is in store only, you will need to send a photo showing the model\number, there is stock available, the date/time and the price.
• We reserve the right to refuse a price match where we suspect fraud or unauthorised reseller activity.

What proof required for price matching?
Proof can be provided in a number of ways.
• Online Products: You can provide evidence of the lower price by providing us with a printed or digital advert or a link to the products page.
• In-Store Products: You can provide a time stamped image of the product in the store or printed proof of the lower price.
Are there any restrictions on price matching?
We do impose some restrictions when price matching these are as follows:
• The products we are price matching must be identical.
• The lower price can not be as a result of exlusive discounts like staff discounts, studunt discounts or the NHS staff blue light.
• The product must be available from both us and our competitor at the time of matching.
• If the product is in-store only, a photo may be required to prove pricing and availability.
• e-Bike Barn reserve the right to refuse a price match request at any time.
Does price matching apply after purchase?
e-Bike barn only offer price matching prior to a purchase. We are unable to price match once the purchase has been made.
